Today, we open the doors of our laboratory to share with you our daily life, and that is why we bring you an annual activity that we have recently carried out: the Quality System Review. According to point 8.9 of the UNE EN ISO 17025:2017 standard, laboratory management should review its management system at planned intervals. This is intended to ensure its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, including established policies and objectives related to compliance with this Standard.
At Eyco, management annually examines the effectiveness of corrective actions, internal audit results, and external evaluations.
Feedback from customers and staff, along with complaint management, allows us to improve our services. Additionally, we evaluate the status of our previous reviews, so that each improvement implemented contributes to our overall goal of providing reliable results.
Resource management, identification of areas for improvement and opportunities, and continuous assurance of the validity of our results are other aspects considered in this activity.
The annual review is more than a process, it is an opportunity to improve our work and increase the quality of our services.
